And in the event of a service failure, our sysadmins will be informed instantaneously and they will rectify the matter as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is obligatory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for the Administration Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. What’s more the backups will be held on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your data will always be protected, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & set up specific software on it. And if this seems like something way too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Administration Services deal, is the ideal solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our skilled server admins who will install and configure any software program or rectify any problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
